Job Description

The Construction Site Manager will assist in maintaining a safe working environment within Company workplaces, applying the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and all H&S aspects on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise, guide, and instruct subcontractors on site.
• Communicate with professional design teams and clients as necessary.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Coordinate with Directors weekly to ensure programme and targets are met.
• Identify and manage variations instructed on site.
• Oversee all aspects of the onsite construction process.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Site management experience with a main contractor.
• Experience managing residential and mixed-use projects.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Experience with structural works, ground works, and high-end finishes.
• Financial awareness regarding costing and sustainability.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• People management skills.
• Motivated, engaging with staff and third parties.
• Excellent communication skills.
