City Health Care Partnership CIC in Liverpool is seeking a Smokefree Services Coordinator to help people access smoking cessation support and reduce health inequalities.

You will build strong links with primary care and community partners, develop local partnerships, and support social prescribing while considering wider factors affecting health.

The role requires degree-level education, NCSTC training, and experience coordinating staff to monitor outcomes and drive service improvements.

Formación

• Degree-level education or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
• National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training qualification.
• Strong knowledge of stop smoking issues, with good communication and organisation skills.
• Experience of coordinating or supervising staff and developing systems or processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build effective relationships with GP practices, Primary Care Networks and community partners
• Promote Smokefree services and encourage people to access support
• Deliver stop smoking interventions and help establish community clinics
• Monitor outcomes, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve services
• Support staff, volunteers and champions to deliver high-quality services
