Job summary

DSC Consultancy in Blackburn is seeking an accountant to join their expanding practice. The main focus is producing company accounts, tax and VAT returns for SME clients across various sectors.

You will handle ad hoc assignments, communicate with clients by phone and occasionally meet at the office or on client premises. Experience in an accountancy practice is essential; you should be able to work independently or in a team. Flexible working is offered along with pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing company accounts and tax computations for SMEs.
• Professional in approach, able to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
