About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our in-house stand design and build service. This fast-growing service supports hundreds of customers across our shows in 10 countries throughout Europe and Asia. This role is 12-month FTC.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage client briefs and support sales teams in qualifying leads.
  2. Oversee design and costing, produce client proposals, and obtain sign-off.
  3. Ensure high retention of clients and acquisition of new clients.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell stand build products and show-related products.
  5. Maintain accurate sales and budget trackers, ensuring proposed services meet client and company budgets.
  6. Raise purchase orders (POs) and reconcile supplier invoices to POs.
  7. Produce written technical specifications to match designs and build professional relationships with outsourced partners.

Requirements

  1. Experience in an exhibition sales or operational role. Stand design and build experience is a plus.
  2. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  3. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  4. Enthusiastic attitude and desire for learning and personal development.
  5. Ability to interpret 2D and 3D plans.
  6. Basic knowledge of supplier products (e.g., AV, IT, graphics).
  7. Willingness to travel to exhibitions in different locations.
