Back To Work in South Yorkshire is seeking a Smart Technology Support Apprentice to join their growing technology team. You will gain hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting smart technologies while working with experienced engineers.

This apprenticeship offers you the chance to develop practical skills across IoT devices, networks, tablets, sensors and connected systems, with mentoring and real-world projects in customer environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with installation, setup, configuration and maintenance of smart technology solutions.
• Provide first-line technical support by responding to customer queries and diagnosing issues.
• Support software updates, device connectivity, system integrations and smart technology platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of technology assets, service activities and documentation.
• Work closely with engineers to develop technical knowledge across smart technology environments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle support requests professionally.
• Adhere to company procedures and health and safety on customer sites.
