Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a similar automotive Bodyshop environment.
• Prior motor trade experience (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SMART repairs and cosmetic preparation to high standards.
• Identify and report any additional repair requirements during the repair process.
• Work collaboratively within the Bodyshop team to meet deadlines and optimise workshop efficiency.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, keeping updated with repair techniques and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Complete all repair documentation accurately and efficiently.
