Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or in a similar automotive Bodyshop role.
• Essential motor trade experience and a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out SMART repairs to vehicles ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare vehicles to a consistent, high-quality finish as a SMART Repairer.
• Identify and report any additional repair requirements for customers and management.
• Work collaboratively with the Bodyshop team to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and repair techniques in line with manufacturer standards.
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through quality repairs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
