Job summary

Perfect Placement are recruiting on behalf of a leading accident repair group for a Mobile SMART Repairer based in Falkirk. You will join a dynamic mobile team, travelling to customers' locations to perform SMART repairs and related bodywork with a focus on quality and safety.

The role offers a basic salary up to £45,000 with an uncapped OTE of £55,000, a company vehicle, flexible hours, and comprehensive well-being and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served in bodyshop disciplines with emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair and filler work.
• Experience with traditional bodyshop techniques is advantageous.
• Full UK/EU driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel within Falkirk and surrounding areas as part of a mobile repair team.
• Carry out repairs at customers' home, work, or approved locations.
• Perform SMART repairs, minor panel, and filler work to industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work and adhere to safety protocols.

Duties

• Travelling within Falkirk and surrounding areas as part of a mobile repair team
• Carrying out repairs on customers' vehicles at their home, workplace, or approved locations
• Repairing minor bodywork, SMART repairs, and filler work
• Working on vehicles based on pre-supplied details, with no cold calling involved
• Ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and quality expectations
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, with an emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair, minor panel, and filler work
• Experience with methods and insurance bodyshop techniques is preferable
• Full UK/EU driving licence is essential
• Proven experience in all aspects of vehicle body repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
