Lookers, including Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, is recruiting a bodyshop/smart Repair Technician to repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer specs, within our Service team. The role suits someone with cosmetic repair experience, offering a clear path for skill development and progression.

Salary up to £40,000 OTE; basic £30,000 - £34,000 DOE. Team-based environment with strong emphasis on quality, safety, and career growth within Lookers.

Qualifications

• Experience in accident/cosmetic repair preferred.
• Able to work as part of a Bodyshop team.
• Full use of PPE and adherence to safety requirements.
• Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
• Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repair as required
• Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
• Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs
• Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs

Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, is recruiting for an bodyshop/smart Repair Technician to play a vital role within our Service team. Working within our bodyshop, you will be tasked with repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer’s specifications.

This role would suit somebody with an accident/cosmetic repair background, so this certainly is a great opportunity to develop your skills within smart Repair.
