Job summary

A SMART Repair Technician role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Worcester is to join our busy automotive team. You will deliver mobile SMART repairs, cosmetic refinishing and minor body repairs to a high standard.

We offer a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm), a base salary of £33,000–£36,000 plus a £6,000 bonus, and potential total earnings up to £42,000.

Qualifications

• Previous SMART repair or bodyshop paint experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint systems.

• Experience with sanding, masking, priming and refinishing.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mobile SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing.
• Completing minor body repairs and paintwork.
• Panel preparation, including sanding, masking and priming.
• Colour matching using modern paint systems.
• Delivering manufacturer-standard paint finishes.
• Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock.
• Organising your own workload and working independently.
• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
