Job Description:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will perform tasks such as preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes.

Use all paint mixing schemes and drying equipment accurately for all repairs and interpret technical instruction data.

Main Duties:

• Carry out polishing of newly painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the finish matches the original factory finish.
• Perform preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all vehicle makes.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Accurately complete all company documentation and follow procedures.
• Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and workshop requirements.
