Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Smart Repair Technician for a family-owned automotive business in Liverpool. You will work on a varied range of vehicles, performing small to medium cosmetic repairs and ensuring high-quality results.

Join a growing, established operation with a stable long-term opportunity. The role offers a £50,000 package including base salary and performance-based bonuses, with a 42-hour week from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Smart Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer.
• Stable career history in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Consistently produce high-quality repairs; motivated, reliable and results-driven.

• Bumper and trim repairs.
• Minor dent removal.
• Filler and preparation work.
• Strip and fit.
• Paint mixing and colour matching.

Smart Repair Technician – £50,000 | Liverpool

Are you an experienced Smart Repair Technician looking for a new opportunity with a growing, family-owned automotive business?

We're recruiting for an experienced Smart Repair / Cosmetic Repair Technician to join an established car supermarket in the Liverpool area, working on a varied range of vehicles and carrying out small to medium cosmetic repairs.

What you'll be doing

• Bumper and trim repairs
• Minor dent removal
• Filler and preparation work
• Strip and fit

What we’re looking for

• Has previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer
• Ideally has a stable career history within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair environment
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
• Can consistently produce high-quality repairs
• Is motivated, reliable and results-driven
• Can work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards

What’s on offer?
