Job summary

Smart Spaces, a fast-growing Prop Tech company, is seeking a Smart Buildings Project Manager to lead client-facing digital projects from scoping to launch. The role is hybrid—3 days in Aldgate (London) and 2 days remote.

You will coordinate internal teams, partners and clients to deliver on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will own project scopes, timelines and budgets while building trusted client relationships and ensuring quality across app development initiatives and

• Experience managing complex, client-facing projects.
• Proven ability to deliver within scope, budget and timeline.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and act as a partner to ensure project success.
• Adhere to project scope, quality standards and risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Direct delivery of app development projects with defined objectives and timelines.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate project teams and suppliers, clarifying responsibilities and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on schedules, budgets and progress to stakeholders.
• Occasional site visits to test systems and support commissioning.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources and vendors.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximise project outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals and responses for new app projects.
