Zusammenfassung

ReDefined Futures in the United Kingdom is hiring a Project Coordinator for Smart Buildings / PropTech. You will coordinate installations across the UK and Europe, ensuring site access, documentation and suppliers are aligned.

The role is a high-volume planning position rather than traditional construction PM, managing 1–3 installations per day across ~60 active UK/European sites and helping to define quality standards. Hybrid working with at least one day in the Farringdon office.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and conversational German (B2) preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule installations across the UK and Europe.
• Coordinate customers, site teams, installers and equipment suppliers.
• Arrange site access and ensure documentation is in place.
• Procure equipment and external services.
• Ensure materials arrive on time and trackers are up to date.
• Anticipate problems and improve processes.
• Suggest more efficient ways of working.
