As a Small Works Manager, you’ll be a member of the Estates Delivery discipline within UK Defence Operations leading and managing small maintenance, reactive and minor works in support of the delivery of FM and estate management projects ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Day-to-day, you’ll organise small maintenance and minor works projects and support the delivery of larger projects in line with QinetiQ / MoD processes and legislation.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Shoeburyness site.
QinetiQ Shoeburyness is a significant test and evaluation facility specialising in defence and security technologies. The site is focused on Environmental Testing including the evaluation of various ordnance, explosives and related systems. Implementing measures to ensure that testing activities comply with environmental regulations and minimise ecological impact.
