Job summary

Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrician for Small Works & Maintenance in Warwick. You will service commercial, industrial, domestic and heritage properties across the West Midlands, handling reactive repairs, routine testing, and small installation projects.

The role offers a company van, iPad/tablet, workwear and a clear path to long-term stability. A strong candidate will have five+ years in commercial maintenance and relevant electrical qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' qualified electrical experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Current 18th Edition qualification (BS 7671).
• Current ECS card.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Confident working independently across a variety of sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance, fault finding and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Complete EICRs, electrical testing and remedial works.
• Install and maintain emergency lighting and electrical systems.
• Undertake first and second fix installations, containment and wiring.
• Install distribution boards, submains and associated electrical equipment.
• Complete minor works and installation certificates.
• Produce accurate job reports and testing documentation.
