Madisons is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious junior coach to join our team. You don't need to have experience, but you do need to be willing to learn, have an open mind, a strong work ethic, and be an all-round amazing human.

We are a premium private training gym specializing in small group personal training (1:4), as well as strength, cardio, and hybrid large-group sessions. With over 400 members and growing, we are expanding our team to continue providing the outstanding service and coaching we are known for.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that will support your growth into an industry-leading coach. You will work closely with our Head Coach to ensure your development.

Requirements

• Coach 30+ hours of personal training and large-group training
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club at all times
• Participate actively in events and competitions organized by Madisons
• Adopt a continuous learning approach to training, programming, cardio, and nutrition, staying updated with the latest evidence and practices
