Inspiring Vet Care seeks a Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal for Highcliff Vets across Hadleigh & Brantham, Suffolk. This fixed-term 12-month role offers a salary up to £75,000 depending on experience, and a 40-hour work week with no out-of-hours commitments.

The practice holds Gold/Silver ISFM accreditations, Dog Friendly Award and RCVS accreditation, supporting clinical development and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration is required.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborative team working in a two-site practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to a varied caseload.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons, nurses and client care colleagues.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and share knowledge across the practice.
