Job description

Looking for more variety, better work-life balance, or a team where your voice is heard?

Eagle Vets, based in the charming market town of Halesworth, could be the perfect next step in your career.

We're proud to be part of a small, collaborative group of practices alongside Fromus and Castle Vets in nearby Saxmundham and Framlingham. This shared approach means you'll have real autonomy in your role, supported by a wider team, while also enjoying a friendly and welcoming working environment.

Why join us?

  • A friendly and experienced team including certificate holders in cardiology and support from a visiting orthopaedic surgeon
  • Opportunities to contribute meaningfully to practice development and client care
  • A dedicated and supportive nursing and reception team who value team collaboration
  • RCVS Approved Graduate Development Practice - ideal for recent graduates or those who enjoy mentoring

The Role Includes

  • A flexible full-time position, with no out-of-hours and a manageable 1 in 4 Saturday rota
  • A varied caseload across three well-equipped small animal practices
  • Funded CPD with certificate support encouraged and available
  • Autonomy in your clinical work while still being part of a close-knit team
  • Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
  • Enhanced benefits via CVS, including paid memberships, employee discounts, wellness support and more
  • A focus on building long-term relationships with clients and their pets
