Job summary

The East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust invites applications for a Band 3 Speech & Language Therapy Assistant to join the Colman Centre for Specialist Rehabilitation Services on a permanent 3-day (22.5 hour) basis. Responsibilities

• Provide support to SLTs by carrying out individual programmes of care for adult patients.
• Work with therapists or alone under direction; lone working in the community across Norfolk (driving licence required).
• Assist in delivering speech & language therapy treatment for adults with complex swallowing and communication difficulties.
• Undertake clinical and non-clinical duties to support service delivery, including administrative tasks.
• Facilitate links within the multidisciplinary team and support patients in ward, outpatient clinics, and community settings.
