Role Overview

We have recently launched an academy, which involves:

1. Training in fire or intruder alarms through a structured graduation scheme
2. Shadowing our senior engineers in the field across various sites
3. Classroom theory work
4. Graduating after 4-6 months (depending on your progress) to work in the field
5. Managing your own diary each month
6. Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in fire and security systems
7. Salary increments based on performance and progression
