Our academy program involves:

1. Training in fire or intruder alarm systems through a structured graduation scheme
2. Shadowing senior engineers in the field across various sites
3. Classroom-based theoretical training
4. Graduating after 4-6 months (depending on individual progress) to work independently in the field
5. Managing your own schedule each month
6. Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in fire and security systems
7. Salary increments based on performance
