Job Profile:
We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Site Assistants to join our team at Chatelherault Country Park. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
The successful candidates will work as part of a busy team supporting the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre, café, gift shop, and park facilities. Duties will include reception and customer service, cleaning, litter picking, emptying bins throughout the park, setting up for events and activities, assisting with catering functions and visitor experiences, maintaining high standards across the site, and supporting the delivery of a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for visitors.
Preferred candidates identified after the selection event process will be required to assist the recruitment team, if need be, to ensure timely completion of recruitment checks. If recruitment checks are not completed within a reasonable timescale, you may automatically be withdrawn from this position.

An Overseas Criminal Records Check is required where applicants born outside the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or who have lived or worked outside the UK for a continuous period of twelve months in the past 10 years.
