Qualifications

• Experience on construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Attach and detach loads to/from cranes safely.
• Ensure lifting accessories are suitable and certified.
• Direct crane operators using approved signals.
• Maintain clear communication with the lifting team.
• Follow approved lifting plans and risk assessments.

Skills

Proven experience as a Slinger / Signaller

Strong understanding of lifting operations

Good communication skills

Ability to work in high-risk environments

Teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Education

CPCS A40 Slinger/Signaller (or NPORS equivalent)

Valid CSCS card

Relevant site safety training
