Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources are presently recruiting for a Slinger / Signaller / Traffic Marshall for a major steel erection project in Birmingham. Immediate start, contract up to 12 months, on-site duties include directing crane movements and assisting with deliveries.

The role requires CPCS or NPORS with CSCS, blue card status for Slinger/Signaller, and experience with steel erection teams on large sites. Immediate start and full PPE compliance expected.

Qualifications

• CPCS Card - Slinger/Signaller required (Blue Card).
• NPORS with CSCS Logo or CPCS equivalent for Vehicle/Traffic Marshall role.
• Experience working with Steel Erection teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct crane signaling and safe crane operations on site.
• Assist with deliveries and crane movements as directed.
• Coordinate with steel erection teams to ensure safe, efficient workflow.

PAYE Direct Pay Rates:

• Day Shift
• 1st 40 Hours Monday to Friday - £17.85 + £2.15 hol pay per hour = £20.00 per hour
• Over 40 Hrs M-F + Sat / Sun - £22.31 + £2.69 per hour hol pay = £25.00 per hour
• Hours: 50 Hours per week

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for additional Slinger / Signallers for a major steel erection project in Birmingham, duties, ensuring safe use and direction of cranes on site / assisting with deliveries.

Requirements

• CPCS Card - Slinger / Signaller - Blue Card Only
• Vehicle /Traffic Marshall - CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo
• Must have experience working alongside Steel Erection teams
