Job summary

Randstad Construction Property Engineering in Oxford is seeking an experienced Slinger/Signaller to direct crane operations on site in the Headington area. You will work on ongoing, long-term assignments at £22 per hour and start immediately.

The role requires valid CPCS or NPORS cards, proven Slinger Signaller experience on civil/commercial projects, full PPE, and a strong commitment to safety with the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS Card (Category A40) OR NPORS Card (N402 with CSCS logo).
• Proven background as a Slinger Signaller on commercial/civils projects.
• Full PPE and strong commitment to site safety.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Direct crane lifting operations safely using hand signals and radios.
• Attach and detach loads following site lift plans (LOLER compliance).
• Inspect lifting accessories (slings, shackles, chains) before lifts.
• Coordinate with crane operators and site logistics managers.
