Job summary

VGC Group is hiring a Slinger Signaller for Redcar-based site work. You will hold CPCS/NPORS (with CSCS holo) and work in environments on rail and construction projects, ensuring safety and smooth operations. A current safety medical is preferred, with strong teamwork and independence on site.

Qualifications

• CPCS/NPORS with CSCS hologram valid on-site competency.
• In date safety critical medical preferred.
• Proven experience on rail or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Slinger Signaller on site in line with safety rules.
• Monitor hazard controls and maintain clear communication with banksmen and equipment operators.
• Demonstrate reliability, proactivity and teamwork on site.

Pay Rate: £17.87 Per Hour (Days) + Holiday Pay (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

• Valid CPCS/NPORS (With CSCS holo) Slinger Signaller competency
• In date safety critical medical (preferred)
• Previous experience working on rail and construction projects,
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
