Job Title: Slinger Signaller

Location: LordswoodWe are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Slinger Signaller to join our team in Lordswood. This is a vital role ensuring the safe and efficient movement of loads on construction sites and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and signal crane and plant operators to safely move and place loads.
• Sling, attach, and detach loads using appropriate lifting equipment.
• Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting gear and equipment to ensure safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with operators and team members to coordinate lifts and movements.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and site protocols.
• Report any hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Slinger Signaller.
• CSCS card or relevant construction site qualification is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Slinger Signaller or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and safe slinging techniques.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
