Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Batley to join a friendly, supportive team. This office-based role offers a 9am–5pm schedule on weekdays, with optional overtime and an attractive bonus potential.

You will handle calls, emails and online inquiries, delivering high-quality service and accurate order information. Applicants should have recent beds or sleep-products sector experience or strong Zendesk skills.

Qualifications

• Recent customer service experience in beds, mattresses or sleep products is preferred.
• Experience using Zendesk or other CRM systems within a customer service role.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across telephone, email and online channels.
• Provide pre-sales information and product details.
• Handle order queries and delivery updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
• Support the wider team with admin and after-sales service.
