Job summary

Dreams Northampton is seeking a part-time Sleep Expert to join our Retail team. You will engage with customers, understand their sleep needs, and guide them to suitable mattresses using Sleepmatch technology.

Expect rewards through an uncapped commission scheme and staff discounts. We offer discounts on Dreams products, access to private healthcare and savings/loans, plus wellbeing support and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Willing to learn and meet KPIs.
• Flexible to work 20 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and advise on high-value purchases.
• Greet customers at the door and understand their sleep needs.
• Use Sleepmatch technology to help customers choose mattresses.
• Maintain store appearance and update product displays.
