Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the outlet operations, ensuring the highest standards of F&B service. You will manage budgets, forecast revenue and expenditure, and oversee duty management shifts to maximise profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, team motivation, and hands-on involvement in daily restaurant and bar operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with interpersonal and training skills.
• Effective communication and service orientation.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience in controlling food, labour, and operating costs.
• Ability to plan budgets and review monthly forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Duty Management shifts as required.
• Analyse and submit month-end reports and flag variances.
• Plan and implement profit-enhancement programs with kitchen and sales teams.
• Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager.
• Ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained.
