Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction and maximise profitability across the Sky Lounge. You will plan budgets, forecasts and duty shifts, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene and safety while coordinating with the Head Chef and Events Manager.

£31,617.54 per annum/ £15.20 per hour, 40 hours per week over 5 days

You enjoy implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that food costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget. You are able to plan budgets and review forecast forrevenue and expenditure on monthly basis. To carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs. To analyse and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals. To participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet. To plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen and sales department. To prepare and submit post-mortem promotion report to General Manager upon completion of promotion.

Our Sky Lounge Restaurant Manager is responsible for the everyday management of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to the guests. The Restaurant Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.

You have good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.

Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
