Dermalogica UK is seeking a Business Consultant to drive sales in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. You will create joint business plans, manage a call cycle, and lead growth across assigned accounts.

• Minimum of two years field sales experience in beauty or consumer goods.
• Experience servicing salons and spas advantageous.
• Qualified skin care therapist helpful.

Mansioni

• Meet growth and KPI targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Grow incremental sales revenue through strategic call plans.
• Manage new and existing business within the territory, including events.
• Encourage attendance of Skin Therapists at Dermalogica education classes.
• Visit colleges quarterly to build student relationships and drive revenue.
• Maintain a strong social media presence and professional brand.
• Report territory performance and forecast with activity data.
