Job summary

Derby Training Hub is seeking a Dermalogica Educator, a highly skilled Professional Skin Therapist who delivers training across markets, retail, professional skin centres, colleges, medical practitioners and internal teams.

You will fuse advanced technical skills with strong commercial acumen, travel across the Dermalogica estate, support education projects, and inspire others through engaging workshops, live and digital sessions, while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy with electrical modalities.
• Level 4 (micro-needling/peels/advanced modalities) preferred.
• Experience delivering education to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education to the highest standard across multiple venues and audiences.
• Share technical and commercial skills to enhance learning and business outcomes.
• Maintain PST skills and demonstrate services safely and confidently.
• Take responsibility for training environment and uphold Dermalogica brand standards.
