Qualifications

• Previous experience working with customers
• Willing to learn and keep up to date with skincare trends
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Passion for beauty and customer care

Responsibilities

• Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
• Provide personalised consultations and skin services
• Meet sales targets and promote Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions
• Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme
• Ensure the counter is well-presented to showcase Liz Earle products
