You’ll discuss science‑backed benefits, provide shade matching, and promote new launches while building long-term relationships with shoppers.

You’ll participate in training programs including the 12‑month Skin School and aim to grow within a wider Boots/No7 team, with benefits and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through skincare and beauty journeys from consultation to routine building
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations using available tools
• Explain No7 science and ingredients in relatable terms
• Offer expert makeup advice including shade matching and demonstrations
• Drive sales and promotions while delivering excellent customer service
• Build long-term relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Collaborate with Boots team to achieve commercial results
• Maintain an attractive counter reflecting No7 premium positioning
