- Offer expert makeup advice including shade matching and routine building
- Drive sales and achieve targets by promoting offers and new launches
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage loyalty
- Collaborate with Boots team to deliver service and commercial results
- Maintain an attractive counter reflecting No7 premium positioning
