You’ll complete the Skin School programme to gain a CIBTAC qualification, deliver personalised consultations, explain product science, provide makeup shade matching, drive sales, and build lasting relationships while representing a premium, heritage brand across Boots stores.

Responsibilities

• Complete our Skin School programme, gaining a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools.
• Explain the science behind No7 products in clear terms.
• Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching and routines.
• Drive sales and achieve targets by promoting offers and new launches.
• Build long-term customer relationships for loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the Boots team to deliver service and commercial results.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter reflecting premium positioning.
