Bradford College is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Skills Instructor to deliver practical, workshop-based training within our Engineering and Motor Vehicle department. The role focuses on safe, industry-relevant practices and helping learners develop technical and employability skills.
You will support learners across programmes, adapt delivery to individual needs and contribute to personalised learning plans and progression opportunities.
Salary: £31,322 - £33,145

We have an excellent opportunity to join our thriving Engineering and Motor Vehicle department as a Mechanical Engineering Skills Instructor.
As Skills Instructor you will deliver innovative and informative workshop training sessions and assist the management team in providing high learning value, financially efficient programmes to students studying Mechanical Engineering.
This role is workshop‑based, and candidates should be comfortable delivering all learning and support within practical environments.
