Bradford College is seeking an Access and Inclusion Advisor for 11 months (TTO) to support students with disabilities, learning difficulties and/or medical conditions across the college. You will manage a caseload, advise on strategies for curriculum staff, and promote equity, diversity and inclusion within the classroom and college environment.
The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English, a degree or professional equivalent in disability, and experience in learning support for post-16
£34,105 - £36,091 (Pro rated to £31,027 - £32,833 including holiday uplift)

We are seeking a passionate Access & Inclusion Advisor who will provide outstanding support to students with a range of disabilities, learning difficulties and/or medical conditions across the college, ensuring students are given the opportunities to succeed.
Our Access & Inclusion Advisors are responsible for a caseload of students and for advising on a range of strategies to support curriculum colleagues to effectively support students within the classroom environment. Depending on the location within the structure this could be supporting Adults, Apprentices, or Higher Education students as well as those with EHC Plans or SEND on Study Programmes.
Please note that this is a Fixed Term role for 11 months and is Term Time Only working 39 weeks per year, 37 hours per week.
