Safran is seeking a Learning & Development leader based in Burnley to shape and deliver the company's capability strategy. You will partner with operations to identify skills gaps, plan workforce development, and manage budgets for L&D and Apprenticeships.
You will drive the Safran University/Selia learning ecosystems, design induction programs, and report on workforce capability while collaborating with global learning teams to share best practices.

About Safran Nacelles: Safran Nacelles is a worldwide leader in aircraft engine nacelles. Our products and services equip all aircraft types; regional, business, short, medium and long-range commercial aircraft. Our expertise covers nacelle design, manufacturing, integration, maintenance and services. Our site in Burnley provides employment to almost 700 people and we are proud to be one of the largest private sector employers in Burnley.
Your Role The role holder will work closely with Senior Managers, Operational Leaders, HR colleagues, Safran University and external learning providers to develop effective people capability strategies that support business objectives. The role holder will contribute to the shaping of the broader HR functional plans, ensuring learning, organisational capability and workforce development requirements are effectively considered.
