About the role
As Business Skills Coach you will deliver high quality training programmes that develop Apprentices'/learners knowledge, skills and behaviours as required for their Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You will complete individual Apprentice/learner learning, assessments, reviews and completions in a timely manner, achieving or exceeding the required quality standards. Your focus will be to support all elements of the Apprentice/learner journey, including preparation for Gateway for Standards Apprentices, providing Apprentices/learners with constructive, professional and relevant feedback and support in order for them to gain the Apprenticeship Standards and/or qualifications.
Location: Based on a hybrid working model, you will have the ability to work from home with some travel to our customer site in Winchester.
