Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the Skills Bootcamps delivery across Gloucestershire. You will manage an internal staff team and a network of training providers, ensuring performance, quality and efficient use of resources in line with Department for Education and Department for Work and Pensions funding rules.

The role is fixed-term to 31 March 2028 with potential to extend.

Formación

• Experience in leading delivery of employment/skills programmes.
• Understanding of contract management and quality assurance.
• Comfort with performance data, funding requirements and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support and develop the internal delivery team.
• Manage performance and quality of commissioned training providers.
• Oversee staffing, financial and operational resources.
• Ensure delivery meets government guidance and grant funding requirements.
• Monitor programme performance and quality assurance processes.
• Produce accurate performance information for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with government departments, employers and partners.
• Promote the programme and raise awareness of Skills Bootcamps across Gloucestershire.
