Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is seeking two Skilled Workers to support the new ‘Clean and Clear’ team in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. You will work in pairs to provide maintenance and repairs across basic level trades, aiming to meet contract and customer expectations.

Two roles located in Aberdeen with occasional Dundee assistance, 40 hours/week, 08:00–16:30. A UK driving licence is required and you will play a key part in keeping properties safe and presentable.

Qualifications

Recent experience in a similar role.
Experience carrying out clearance work.
Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
Ability to manage workloads efficiently and work as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Basic IT skills for recording and updating work activities.
Experience using tools, equipment and vehicles safely.
Experience with meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads.
Role requires a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Clear and dispose of furniture, rubbish and waste from void properties.
Deep clean properties and external areas to lettable standards.
Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards or compliance issues.
Work closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams to meet turnaround targets.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and use company tools, equipment and vehicles responsibly.
Assist with small trades tasks, gutter cleaning, labouring, etc.
