• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality before dispatch.
• Collaborating within the production team to meet deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that has built an outstanding reputation over more than 50 years, designing, manufacturing and installing high-quality bespoke seating and furniture for prestigious hospitality, leisure and commercial projects throughout the UK.

The Role

As a Skilled Upholsterer, you'll play a key role in producing premium bespoke furniture and seating to exact customer specifications. You'll be working with experienced craftsmen in a modern manufacturing environment where quality always comes first.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholstering bespoke seating, chairs, booths, banquettes and commercial furniture.
• Working with a variety of fabrics, leather and vinyl materials.
• Reading job sheets and technical drawings.
• Measuring, cutting and fitting upholstery materials with precision.
• Maintaining exceptionally high standards of workmanship.
• Ensuring products meet strict quality standards before dispatch.
• Working collaboratively within the production team to achieve deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an upholsterer.
• Ability to work with a wide range of upholstery materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience within commercial or bespoke furniture manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
