This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Tradesman at OMNI Property Solutions in Chessington. The Skilled Tradesman will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to property maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and materials to ensure the upkeep and quality of properties.

We are looking to expand our team with someone knowledgeable in various aspects of construction, including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishment, bathrooms, and kitchens.

Qualifications

• Skills in carpentry, door installation, kitchen fitting, insulation, and plasterboarding
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
