Thames Air & Water Tech is a sustainability-led hard FM services business specializing in Water Treatment, with divisions in HVAC, Electrical, Gas & Plumbing, and Sustainability, we offer a range of services from Legionella Management to Energy & Water Consumption management.

Role Description

This is a full-time mobile role based on various clients sites across the South East. The Multiskilled Tradesman will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Electrical, Plumbing and Various building works. The role involves working closely with clients, carrying out installations, repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical work, Plumbing services and Building Services
• Must hold NVQ Level 3 and 2391 Electrical Qualifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance
• Experience in hard FM services and facilities management is a plus
