We’re on the hunt for an incredible Store Manager to join our tight-knit crew at our vibrant, plant-based deli and café. If you’re passionate about good food, funky drinks, and building a positive team culture, we want to hear from you!

As our Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action—leading the day-to-day operations, supporting our amazing team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the energy high, the coffee flowing, and the customers happy.

What You’ll Do Manage the daily running of the store and lead by example on the floor Build and maintain staff rotas Oversee stock levels and place orders with suppliers Support and nurture a positive, collaborative team culture Uphold excellent standards of customer service and food safety Be a brand ambassador for our café and our values Collaborate with the founders on new ideas, specials, and events
