Job summary

Greencore is hiring a Skilled Production Operative at our Manton Wood site. You will work on one of three product lines, supporting the Line Coordinator and ensuring ingredients are available and prepared on time.

This role is physically demanding, involves lifting, and requires good English, basic food safety knowledge, and teamwork. You will join a fast-moving, safety-focused operation with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of English is required for regular communication and paperwork.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification required.
• Food hygiene qualifications are beneficial for the role.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work on up to 3 products on one line in a busy production environment.
• Support the Line Coordinator and ensure ingredients are available and prepared on time.
• Ensure line colleagues have ingredients and that machinery runs without interruptions.
• Perform required paperwork and adhere to food safety guidelines; role involves manual lifting.
