Job summary

Samworth Brothers (including Kettleby Foods in Melton Mowbray) is seeking a hands-on team member to support metal detection and check-weigh procedures on the production line. You will help keep procedures accurate and production steady, while ensuring documents are tidy and signed off.

You will maintain high standards of conduct within the team and support a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency on all shifts, helping the line run smoothly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow a detailed procedure for metal detection and check weigh processes.
• Maintain tidy, complete and signed-off files of quality control and related documentation for the line/department.
• Maintain high standards of conduct and performance within the team.
